The management doesn't care about children at all. They had water pipes break in the ceiling collapsing parts of the ceiling on Saturday. They had staff go in try to cleanup Sunday and only notified parents at 11:30pm Sunday night.The district manager Katie downplayed the issue and lied saying inspectors said it was good but there were no inspections. Was our first day today. After struggling for over a month to find adequate child care I am thrilled with this location, ,staff, & director. With consistent updates and accessibility my children had a wonderful experience
My son has had a good experience at Kindercare Rogers. The director is great and very informative. She genuinely cares for the children and their individual development. I love my son's main teachers and staff during the day they are absolutely wonderful and come up with fun activities for the children. We appreciate all the communication and the app makes it fun to see daily photos. Thanks for all you do!
Our daughter has been attending the Rogers KinderCare since January, and we have been so happy with our decision to enroll here! Since day one, the staff has been so helpful, flexible and caring.
