Jill was rude, rushed, and combative. There was a noticeable lack of empathy and attentiveness, which left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a patient. Most concerning was the lack of accountability regarding miscommunication about treatment plans and follow-up care. This led to significant frustration and made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. Horrible experience.
Sad to say....after eight years I will not return as a JILL ROGERS patient...AND it appears she doesn't really care.

Dr.Rogers has been my PCP since I was a teen. She use to be super nice, helpful but it seems now that has gone out the window. She will get smart with you, and acts as if she has not sympathy on what’s going on. I use to think that she wanted nothing but the best for her patients but it seems like she worn out & tired. So, she’s become rude. I really hate this for her because she use to be so nice. Now I am seeking to change PCP’s due the rudeness I received from her and I am so shook.
