When issued a gift card, there shouldn’t be an expiration date, I couldn’t use my remaining balance, really upset about it, if my bracelet was cracked when it was suppose to have gotten fixed, there wouldn’t of been an issue. I guess you live n learn!
My boyfriend got me a promise ring and I want there once to get it size picked it up 6 weeks and it was the wrong size took it back to get it sized again and got it back after a month and my ring still doesn’t fit very upset

Just received 2 watches from my kiddo and his dad. I was advised my son and his dad were made to feel really welcome! The ladies were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful suprise and great to hear it was an experience my kiddo enjoyed as well! Thank you guys!!
Had a ring sent off June 27th soo it could be remade at the time they told me it would only take about 6 to 8 weeks for me to get it back and here it is oct 18th and I still have not received my ring. I’m very disappointed and very unhappy with this service. I know it is a higher up issue and not within the store but it is still very upsetting that I’m having to wait soo long to get it back.
