Unbelievable that you all pool in to fund a project that destroys the weather here in Alberta. It feels like I'm living in a nightmare. I had to deal with Acera in behalf of my father’s car insurance. For some reason he dad to fill out a form for his renewal this year. Our broker should have helped him but kept pushing his paperwork out as she was dealing with other customers. Our ABIN broker kept telling us she’d get to it next week then the week after. Eventually we filled it out and send it in to Aviva ourselves. May 2nd his insurance expires in the 24th. May 12th AVIVA confirms receipt. We hear nothing for a week.
