These guys were recommended to me by a good friend, and seem to have good reviews so maybe I'm just lucky. I can't get a call back; I called in February ('24) about my home, 2 rentals and an auto. The agent kept telling me he'd 'call me Monday', 'email me next week, get back to me'. Never did, I followed up constantly. Took him 3-4 weeks to get me a quote.
