Working at Rogers is good they believe and give people chances they have given me a chance to get some of my personal life together and also not always on your back and they put out excellent parts and they work with you not against you money comes with time it's the benefits and the people you work with that makes it a excellent job and everyone is willing to help you and answer all questions
I was hired as a QC team member. I’m an extremely quick learner so it wasn’t difficult for me to pick up on it and become one of the faster/more diligent QCs. I wasn’t properly trained, a lot of what I learned came with time and just using blatant common sense. The team lead I was hired under was problematic. She spoke negatively of the 2nd shift team lead as well as co workers. Multiple times co workers had been referred to as stupid or “retarded” either behind their back and even to their face.
