Had a new vintage air ac installed and carburetor installed. AC was freezing up and now don’t work. Engine is running extremely rich with black smoke. Contacted Rogers and they said that The unit is freezing up because I’m running the thermostat set too low. The real reason the unit is freezing up is because the Freon charge was an adequate and the reason the unit is not running now is because all of the Freon has leaked out. The bill for these two jobs was $6000. The work is horrible. I will never take my car there again.
We agreed to a price for the repairs we only wanted done then mentioned other stuff he can do we said no. But he proceeds to do the work we said not to do then charges us the amount for the extra work we didn't need done. Also my car is in a even worse place than it was when it went there. The car still has a missfire, and now it cuts power. It still shakes, and when I went to pick it up, it was covered in mud as everything. This business is not a honest repair shop, Roger tells you I’ll get you the information but never delivers, and they went as far as charging me for damaging my vehicle, just a routine oil change and he damaged the oil drain and blamed it on the previous time it got serviced, when it was his repair shop that serviced it last! I let him know my dissatisfaction and he said he would repair the damage (At my cost, not his cost) All he delivers is grief and a bunch of bull, save your hard earned money, I found Goose Euro and Japan... read more
