Called Roger's on a Thursday afternoon about our GE dryer that wasn't turning on. After being turned away immediately by another local appliance store (said they couldn't get parts for GE appliances), we were pleasantly surprised when we received a call first thing Friday morning that a tech could come out to our house by 10am (5 miles away). This is a very good appliance store. Local Mom and Pop kind of business, which is something Illinois needs more of now than ever. Very professional and treated me very well. Purchased my new chest freezer from this business, and I am happy with my purchase. They handled my warranty info, so I didn't have to worry about it myself. They even offered to deliver it, but I paid cash and brought my truck to pick it up. But the fact that they deliver may be something I will need at another time.
