This has been one of the worst experiences with rogers appliances. Purchased a speed queen washer couple years ago, and over there span I have had to make numerous calls to get it fixed. They don’t even return my calls anymore!! Every single time I call for a repair, nothing, resulting in me calling a specific repairman, in which he stated just call the store and abruptly hung up. This has been the worst experience.
Called Roger's on a Thursday afternoon about our GE dryer that wasn't turning on. After being turned away immediately by another local appliance store (said they couldn't get parts for GE appliances), we were pleasantly surprised when we received a call first thing Friday morning that a tech could come out to our house by 10am (5 miles away). At 9:30am the tech arrived and had our dryer fixed before the 10am time he said he'd be there by. The girl I spoke with on the phone and the repair tech were both very friendly and easy... read more

This is a very good appliance store. Local Mom and Pop kind of business, which is something Illinois needs more of now than ever. Very professional and treated me very well. Purchased my new chest freezer from this business, and I am happy with my purchase. They handled my warranty info, so I didn't have to worry about it myself. They even offered to deliver it, but I paid cash and brought my truck to pick it up. But the fact that they deliver may be something I will need at another time.
