Brandon and Sandy provided exceptional assistance. After my wedding band had been in my possession for a month, it developed numerous scratches and a deep nick along the beveled edge. I brought it in, and Sandy recommended a Florentine finish to smooth out the superficial scratches and nicks. Within a week, I received my new, beautifully finished ring and was thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. Thank you both for your wonderful customer service.
Hope is AMAZING!!! My husband & I have been customers of Rogers & Holland for several years. When he decided to upgrade my wedding ring the one I wanted was no longer in store (we checked surrounding areas too) I showed Hope a picture of it with no SKU number or anything. Like the magician she is, made one call & said I found it. I wanted to kiss her LOL! She’s so kind & helpful. You guys have a customer in us forever!

The management team and the associates who work here are always patient, considerate, and knowledgeable about the merchandise. Also, they do a phenomenal job of ensuring that my jewelry is in good condition during each inspection. You will not be disappointed if you choose this location for your next jewelry purchase!
The woman who assisted me was very nice and efficient . Kudos to all the ladies working that day, they were very friendly. I walked to every jewelry store that day but this place provided the best service and the quality of the jewelry was the best. I hope this is shared with the lady who helped me she is truly an oasis of service and needs to be commended.
