Charged $591.80 for service call on 8/12/20 at which time recommended putting in new furnace. Installed new furnace on 8/19/20 at a charge of $3591.80. I had just moved into the house. I later learned that the furnace he said was old and needed replacement was less than 2 years old. Refused to assist me in applying for National Grid furnace rebate- which a customer cannot do without trade ally assistance. Roger is incredibly responsive and does a great job at a great price. I would recommend him to anyone.
Very expensive for very low quality work. Owner is rude and does subpar work. If you use these guys be prepared to spend more money with a true professional to fix all there mistakes and low quality workmanship. Save your money and frustration and find somewhere else for your HVAC needs.
