I had a system put in by a competitor of Rogers (Which i did not even know that they were around at the time) which had never ran for more than 6 months without breaking down, after 2 years of trying to fix it the competitor gave up and refused to repair, the factory did not have anyother installers in the area so we had Chris try to fix it and it has been working for over a year and we could not RECOMMEND him any Stronger than just to say he is the best person you could have install/repair your units.
