We are new to Ottawa and the house we bought had a fairly new Roger’s furnace and AC units. I can clearly see why. Saturday of thanksgiving weekend our Summit (now Reliant) gas water heater quit working. We phoned 8 companies and only Roger’s was willing to send someone to try and get us back in business. The technician was incredible and stayed 45 minutes to insure the problem was resolved. Needless to say we have ordered a new Woods gas water heater from Roger’s to be installed October 20 th. Rogers Heating and Air Conditioning pulled off a very difficult job in a very restricted space at my condo by being resourceful and thinking outside of the box. I was so impressed. Fantastic, prompt and efficient service. Such lovely and fair people to deal with. HIGHLY recommend.
