Mark is honestly the worst person I’ve ever dealt with, his temper and mouth are disgusting, he is extremely unprofessional, he lost my business forever and I will tell everyone not to do business with these guys just because of mark.

We FINALLY got someone to show up after cancelling 3 times, and when he did he was super stand offish and not helpful at all. We got a quote from the owner but wanted to shop around just to see what other quotes we could get and when we told him that he refused to work with us and was very rude on the phone. Anybody who does business (or pretty much anything in life) knows shopping around to get different quotes is not offense or uncalled for.
