I would not recommend using Rogers Development to build your house. Our experience was marked by inaccurate pre-build cost estimates, poor communication, subpar work by a few subcontractors, failure to maintain adequate security at the job site, inattentive billing practices and failure to stand behind the final product. The subcontractors which did a good job were the finish carpenter, flooring installer, and HVAC contractor. To name just a few concerns....
