Update August 20th: Ms. Rogers continues to refuse to turn over critical evidence and my complete case file despite repeated written requests after she withdrew days before trial. Florida Bar Rule 4-1.16(d) requires an attorney to surrender papers and property to which the client is entitled upon termination of representation..
