Horrible customer service! They are not willing to simply be kind or helpful. It’s a shame that they were even rude to a Title Company AND the Shreveport City Marshall’s Office. I have read nothing but bad reviews about this office. You would think they would want to do better.
Unprofessional law firm. No reason to be rude. I was always told that people that are rude for no reason are lacking something.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! When I found about an old judgement I had when I was broke in college 2014. I called these people trying to pay it. The receptionist that answer the phone was nonchalant and rude. She told me to email an ask for pay off amount and it would take 7-10 days.
