Horrible when big companies have freedom to do whatever they want, now you cannot even talk to a person only AI that cannot understand a word you say and recommend you go online! Stay away from this if you want service

Impossible to cancel service! I switched to NetCrawler for twice the speed and half the price. After finally getting a number to call Rogers to cancel I spent 45 VERY PAINFUL minutes talking to an agent who only wanted to convince me to stay with Rogers and had no interest in my request to cancel! I practically had to threaten him to get him to cancel. He made the whole process as drawn out and painful as humanly possible. 😡😡

Worst customer service wait times of any company I've been with. So far waiting 2 hours on the phone and 1.5 hours on the online chat. Not impressed, would switch today if bell would build a towner near my cottage. Stuck with this garbage for now.

rogers funny business again🤣 some guy name Patrick called me from rogers today on Feb 17/26 At around 6:30pm asked me how much am I paying for my wireless I told him I can't switch I'm under contract, and asked him about my current plan expiration he said he can't help me with that, asked him to transfer me over he said one minute and hung up on me, that's classic rogers customer service for ya all🤣🤣🤣
