Worst internet service possible
I moved from Fido 4 months ago and it has been a disaster. Roger are so terrible. Every month the bill is different, with unexplained charges and non-sensical exaplanations. Got a bew plan? You can buy a phone for 30 days! Doubled your charges? Here's a useless explanation that makes no sense. Well I am going back to Bell.
Horrible when big companies have freedom to do whatever they want, now you cannot even talk to a person only AI that cannot understand a word you say and recommend you go online! Stay away from this if you want service
Impossible to cancel service! I switched to NetCrawler for twice the speed and half the price. After finally getting a number to call Rogers to cancel I spent 45 VERY PAINFUL minutes talking to an agent who only wanted to convince me to stay with Rogers and had no interest in my request to cancel! I practically had to threaten him to get him to cancel. He made the whole process as drawn out and painful as humanly possible. 😡😡
