I chose Roger’s so my wife can participate in an IOP. We scheduled an office tour and the staff did not provide a good first impression. When we arrived, I started to say “We have an appointment…” and the woman at the front desk asked “Are you here for the tour?” And I said yes. She proceeded to send both my wife and I to a small office room in the back that was accompanied by several women eating lunch. Excellent care and staff
As someone who has never posted a review before, I felt it was important to share the deeply troubling experience my son recently had while receiving treatment at the PHP/IOP program. Unfortunately, his experience was far from what we expected. While attending the IOP sessions, another patient, participating virtually, chose to display a background during the Zoom calls that was hateful and inflammatory, relating to the ongoing crisis in the Middle East. Go elsewhere. They do not have your best interest at heart. Unorganized and disrespectful. It’s no wonder my psychiatrist didn’t recommend this place. Their utilization review or billing or whether the hell has no qualms about holding up care due to their incompetence. You are a dollar sign here, run.
