I can only speak for the virtual PHP program for OCD/Anxiety, but I would never recommend this program to anyone struggling with OCD. My regular therapist (who used to work for Rogers) highly recommended the program to me based on how it was ran when she worked there a few years ago. She said they were the best out there for ERP therapy and how they specialized in exactly what I needed. SCAM ALERT —- STAY AWAY!!!!!! They “saved my life” then sent me to collections right away. They did not even bother to put my insurance into my account. They made me pay out of pocket for the entirety off treatment. Do not go here they will just make you want to kill yourself even more a year later when you get the bill.
I chose Roger’s so my wife can participate in an IOP. We scheduled an office tour and the staff did not provide a good first impression. When we arrived, I started to say “We have an appointment…” and the woman at the front desk asked “Are you here for the tour?” And I said yes. She proceeded to send both my wife and I to a small office room in the back that was accompanied by several women eating lunch. Excellent care and staff
As someone who has never posted a review before, I felt it was important to share the deeply troubling experience my son recently had while receiving treatment at the PHP/IOP program. Unfortunately, his experience was far from what we expected. While attending the IOP sessions, another patient, participating virtually, chose to display a background during the Zoom calls that was hateful and inflammatory, relating to the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.
