Service zero and they don’t care how long you wait
I am a first-time user and had a very disappointing experience at this Rogers store. One of the staffs was extremely rude and unprofessional. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend visiting this location.
The staff removed my e-sim and couldn't input it again, had to go to Costco to fix his action.
