Scammers! Took 1000 dollars from me and refuses to answer questions regarding it! Switched to Telus because of their horrible customer services. All foreign customer services, they will not understand what you say on call! Don’t waste your money and time on them.
I have been a long-term customer of Rogers/Fido and recently visited the Richmond Centre location to renew my plan. Unfortunately, my experience with Jenny was extremely disappointing. Instead of presenting all available options, Jenny appeared to withhold information about more affordable promotional plans that were available through direct booking. Angelina is extremely dedicated to me customer service. She is patient, caring, and friendly, making customers feel comfortable and welcomed. She has an excellent work ethic and always maintains a positive and professional attitude. She is highly knowledgeable, attentive to details, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. No surprises why the reviews are so bad. Rogers/Fido is a terrible company
FRAUD ALERT! I stopped by to get help with my Rogers phone plan, but they tried to mislead me into only upgrading while hiding better options that would have cost me less. They kept nagging me and tried to steer me toward their “recommendations.” Luckily, they didn’t succeed because I took the time to shop around online. They became annoyed once I started having second thoughts. What a bunch of scammers.
