DO NOT ORDER YOUR NEW PHONE TO THIS LOCATION! it is a third party vendor and apparently there’s a glitch in the system that allows them to place orders even though they have no inventory. After talking with rogers both corporate and retail I found out that it can take almost a MONTH to receive a phone if you order it to Milton Mall.. Rohan the store manager was v good in service and purchased iphone 15pro max from him and gave me all phone accessories for free. 5 star rating for him and the store. Well done
I called to get some help transfering between a new phone and old phone. As a Rogers customer I was told that this service is available at any Rogers location. When I called this location they refused to help seeing as I purchased the phone online and not in the store.
