Rogers really went and updated the app and made it so that people have to upgrade devices to have their self serve working - theres not even a web link to view and manage devices or camera - HORRIBLE

DO NOT ORDER YOUR NEW PHONE TO THIS LOCATION! it is a third party vendor and apparently there’s a glitch in the system that allows them to place orders even though they have no inventory. After talking with rogers both corporate and retail I found out that it can take almost a MONTH to receive a phone if you order it to Milton Mall..
