1 star is too mutch. Very negative customer service level. The associate Abhay is impolite, can't respect the clint. He asked me to pay first for the screen protector, I did. But he couldn't do it properly, I got late and worried. He gave me a stupid reason for the air bubbles calling it a vape! When I insested to get my money back, he called me rude but in a funny way saying "Sir, you don't have to be rude", I replied "Why?? ..You can't call your client Rude. Had a great experience at Rogers! Huge thanks to Ankush and Dhurmil for their excellent customer service. They were very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend visiting them if you need any help!
