Your technicians are great, and are greatly appreciated. Their efforts showed us how Rogers unnecessarily installed a second Internet line and proceeded to charge our not for profit for 9 months. When we asked for the 9 months of charges to be refunded, the customer service representative offered us one month. He passed me on to this incredibly rude Manager in Calgary by the name of Ryan Baraich who offered us three months, and told us to take it or leave it.
