These reviews speak for themselves, i would not recommend this store. They will charge you $80 as an activation fee and sell it to you like its good deal. And now when you approach them to reverse the deal, they do not wanna do anything about it. I would recommend doing research online, such a waste of time coming here tbh

Terrible experience. The workers refused to sell me 2 phones on an account because I am not the main account holder, I am an authorized user. But they were happy to sell me 1 phone! When I asked for an explanation the story kept changing. It was very strange why they wouldn't process both. It seemed like they were holding it for themselves because this phone was in low supply. Every employee in this store is very responsible, especially Karina. She is simply an angel. She helped me switch to a new plan. Since I'm not very skilled with my phone, she handled all the details of changing my phone for me. Her attitude was extremely nice. I sincerely thank Karina and this wonderful Rogers store.
