This place has gone down the gutter… Pathetic to say the least. April of last year I had a great experience upgrading from my broken iPhone 13. Went in there today to inquire about upgrading again, as I’ve outgrown the 15 I got last time. The girl with dark hair and glasses working the Fido side helping me was as rigid as can be when I simply just asked to see what upgrading my phone early would look like… This piece of work just attempted to challenge every basic request I made, also told me I have to call customer service ... read more
Terrible customer service
We have been with Roger’s for a long time until recently switched to freedom since we couldn’t get any deal or helps over the phone with the Roger’s customer service. But “Ken” was so patient with me and helped me find some plans that works for every individual needs of the family members, that I left the store feeling all the questions answered and needs met. Thank you Ken for helping me setting everything up and I’d highly recommended Ken to anyone looking for a new plan or switching an existing plan
