I thought my Subaru had broken down in Wagner so I went to these guys for help. I was told I needed a new key from the Subaru dealer two hours away in Sioux Falls. Had to pay an exorbitant out-of-pocket cost for the tow, got to the dealership, and they immediately discovered that the transponder in the key had fallen out of the fob. The transponder was in my wheel well the whole time. The mechanic in Wagner had stared right at the fob and could not tell anything was wrong. I was extremely frustrated and upset with Rog's.
