My experience at this Rogers kiosk was wonderful! Sithara was so helpful and personable, she made sure I didn’t leave before everything was sorted and working with my sim card and also helped to get me the best deal. Highly recommend!
Sithara the manager here was an absolute star. We approached her because my friend got a virus on her phone, And we googled phone shops in the area, and Rogers already had great reviews. So we made our way there. Sinthra was infinitely patient with us, and reset my friends phone for us, even though we didn't purchase anything, and are not even residents in this country. I couldn't express how grateful we are and how amazing her customer service is were.
Had issues transferring my number via eSIM, Uday was efficient and helpful in opening my account and getting my phone set up with my internet and signal! He also looked at new phone contract deals for me and offered to help with potential credit card options.
