Shaw i had nerve left any negative review toward any company as I believe everyone are trying to do a good job. However, you deserve the worst review I can ever imagine. I called to terminate my service over a month ahead. They made a mistake terminate over half month earlier even with my many times confirmation I need the internet for the whole month. On the 9th which was mistake made at the first place, no internet, and it was long weekend. I had to ask time off from other thing to call for internet first thing on Tuesday.... read more

Fantastic experience at the Rogers store in Banff! Uday and Mohcine went above and beyond to help me out. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and made sure my issue was completely resolved before I left.
