I had an excellent experience with Arman at Rogers Wireless. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. He answered all my questions, helped me find the best plan for my needs, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Arman the best human I've met, he is such a sweetie pie and most kind person. He is very patient and perhaps know how to deal with senior people and commuicate accordingly. Highly recommend Arman and this store.

It was my first and last time dealing with this store. Poor service and not helpful. Once they sell you something, they won't help you anymore. I got a screen protector from them which they told me has lifetime replacement warranty and it broke a couple days later. They told me to go and do online claim but the model was not on the list. They don't take any responsibility. Will not recommend them.

Rahul at the Rogers store in Capilano Mall provided exceptional service today. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. He took the initiative to contact two different departments to make sure I received the best possible support and the most accurate information. His patience, professionalism, and commitment to customer service were outstanding. I sincerely hope Rogers recognizes and values team members like Rahul, who genuinely care about their customers and represent the company so well.
