Got a text to upgrade my SIM card b/c 2G was being retired and I would be charged $75 otherwise, went in and they said I was on 3G and didn't need to update or change card, paid my new bill while I was there, walked out and at 10pm find my phone won't dial or text, the SIM is cancelled, find out they mailed me a new one in my email and obviously cancelled my working one in my phone, went online and spent 2 hrs w Rogers chat waiting for a tech w 66 ppl in queue, get to 2 in the queue and the chatbot says "disconnected, went t... read more
Chayse was tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. Understands the important tenets of customer service. This location can only serve a small number of people at a time which I understand can be frustrating. But once you are being helped, it is a very good experience.
