I was facing issues with my bill , the bill was extremely high and wasn’t what was promised to me . I went to Fairview mall and they said they couldn’t do anything . I visited this store at shops at don mills and Paras spent a lot of time with me and the support to get this corrected . I really appreciate all the help . My bill was reduced by 40$ a month . He made a lifetime customer . Thanks Paras

Thank You Sid! I was looking to upgrade my phone as well as change from being on my family members account to my own. After a rather frustrating phone call with Rogers (not connected to the store) I went in thinking I'd have a bad experience. Sid and even other staff were able to help me with no problem and made it so simple. Before I had been thinking it was time to change phone providers but my experience with Sid left me wanting to stay due to his great customer service.
