Aryan, Youssef and Matthew were very helpful setting up my new phone. They were pleasant, polite, kind and very patient. You should consider giving them a raise.
Run to the hills. They will prematurely charge you disconnect fees while you still have active service and you would get a proper reply out of a rock before the agent on the phone will help. I got the office of the president involved and it was also like talking to a rock.
