Don't go here! Not a real Rogers store! I was in there last week to upgrade my phone and that part was done without any issues. The problem was that they try to charge you a $75 "restocking fee" if you choose to use your 15 day buyers remorse option that Rogers offers you. Worse than that, they don't make any mention of that bootleg "restocking fee" while signing your contract. It was not told to me verbally, was not on any physical documentation (because they didn't give me any) and was not on any of the documents attached ... read more

What a JOKE of a company...Can't talk to any live agents unless you're buying new products or cancelling (so they can prevent you from cancelling)...Good luck talking to a technical support agent...I've had better service in 3rd countries,this is what happens when there isn't competition,we're left with these losers.
