I was given wrong information and refused service. I went to a different store and was able to fix my issue, but this kiosk was extremely unhelpful

Absolutely terrible customer service. I came to this Rogers location because I had a serious issue with my phone line and needed help. The employee was sitting there on his phone and showed absolutely no interest in helping me. He simply told me to go to another Rogers store. When I asked which location, he wouldn’t even help me with that. I asked him to type the address into my phone, and he refused.
