The customer service here is terrible because they simply refuse to listen to your issues. Specifically, the woman who helped me at the Rogers Hub in Truro was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I would rather switch to a different service provider than have to deal with this team again. Very Disappointed
Kyle is the best!! He found discounts and offers that I wasn’t even aware of and gave the the full rundown before asking if I wanted it or not. Not a pushy salesman, but very well versed in Roger’s. What a pleasure to deal with!
