The Roger's store at Dufferin and Major Mackenzie drive is great. Simran took her time when I went in looking for a new phone. She reviewed my account and helped me upgrade my device and transfer all of my files and media to my new phone. She also upgraded my plan. I am really pleased with the service provided and the time she took to review and explain everything to me! The BEST Rogers location because of their team! Special shout out to Nabeel for his knowledge, expertise, and amazing customer service. He also helped price out the new iPhone for my cousin who couldn’t make it to the store. I appreciate you all (Nabeel, Thanu, Simran, & Tirth) for staying open late to help finish setting up my phone.
