Careless staff don’t answer the phone at all or keep you on hold forever, I’m thinking seriously to find another provider who really care about their customers
I’ve been on the phone with Rogers for two months trying to get my phone upgrade done. I went in today and had the pleasure of dealing with Adam. He got my phone upgraded, advised me on what to do with my old phone and got an everything transferred over for me. The best experience I could have asked for! Thanks Adam! I’ll see you for my next upgrade.
Had issues processing my order online, I called and Adam said I could come by and he would sort it out for me. And he certainly did, friendly and efficient. Great experience all around.
Amandeep and Joseph provided excellent service to me and l have set up new contract with Rogers, I can say both of them are the valuable asset at this location. I will recommend my friends come to this place.
