Worst experience ever at this Rogers store. Their customer service was terrible and they completely ignored the instructions given to me by Rogers customer support. Staff kept avoiding helping me properly and showed no professionalism at all. I bought an iPad from them along with a screen protector, but the employee refused to put the screen protector on the iPad even though he clearly knew how to do it. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this shop.
My experience with Rogers was the worst I have ever had. After the internet was down for 6 months, I was shocked to be billed an enormous amount exceeding 2000 dollars. The company provided the worst level of support; I couldn’t reach anyone to resolve the issue. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company—they are unreliable and deceptive.”
