He has been very helpful.
The store and the staff is amazing and they helped me what i wanted for. I loved the hospitality of the staff. Clean store. Looks new.
Had a great experience with Saydu, was having a horrible time trying to get support from Rogers over the phone, they set up a new contract for me without sending any confirmation email, they didn't port over my phone number, and used an incorrect name for my caller ID. Saydu calmly fixed all of these issues. Although I still ended up cancelling my contract with Rogers, but he was definitely a bright spot. I would recommend anyone trying to do business with Rogers to go to this store instead of trying on the phone
It’s impossible to get Rogers on the phone and wasted so much time. Went to this store and if I went there first I would’ve saved so much time. Shoutout to the gentleman that works there, very helpful, caring and very friendly. I went in so upset and came out so happy and extremely satisfied. Thank you guys
Exceptional service
