The worst service ever. They created a business account for me without my consent and even entered the wrong date of birth. Because of their mistakes I've had a lot of trouble!

Worst experience ever at this Rogers store. Their customer service was terrible and they completely ignored the instructions given to me by Rogers customer support. Staff kept avoiding helping me properly and showed no professionalism at all. I bought an iPad from them along with a screen protector, but the employee refused to put the screen protector on the iPad even though he clearly knew how to do it.
