Horrible customer service. I went to register for their online account since i wasn't allowed to do it myslef. Their online registration is complicated and i wanted to have info about some account charges which i was unaware of. This lady with galsses(wish i knew her name) was very rude. She didn't listen to what my issue was and had a very confrontational energy as if it wasn't her job to help me out. Teach her some communication and customer service skills. Went in to get a new plan and a new phone....Ada was super helpful, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining everything to me...as well as she completely set up my new device...awesome employee! Thank you

Incompetent time wasters
If I could give zero, I would. 2 hours waiting for an agent to answer the phone. Gave up after 2 hours! Worst damn service ever!
