The customer service is terrible, they don't have a disposition and they are lost, they must train the staff before being exposed to the public, you go to doubts, you end up more confused, they don't solve anything

I switched my services from chatr to rogers here after getting a message from rogers on an offer providing first month free. But I got a bill immediately after switching services. When I asked about this in store they didn't helped me in exempting first month fees. I m disappointed and dissatisfied with this store services. Staff are not caring and responsible, I dont recommend anyone to go to this store for any kind of cellular services. Very bad and pathetic services.
