Door-to-door salesman seems like a friendly guy. Upon opening the door he asked me if he could come inside because it's going to take a while for him to log onto his tablet. Had a great experience with Hideka! She was very helpful, patient, and explained everything clearly. She answered all my questions and made sure everything was sorted out. Really appreciate her excellent customer service!
Horrible customer service. I went to register for their online account since i wasn't allowed to do it myslef. Their online registration is complicated and i wanted to have info about some account charges which i was unaware of. This lady with galsses(wish i knew her name) was very rude. She didn't listen to what my issue was and had a very confrontational energy as if it wasn't her job to help me out. Teach her some communication and customer service skills.
