Went in this past week with my grandpa and Shane was a ton of help. Will be going back for help next time
Great staff at this store. Very polite but more important very patient and knowledgeable in trying to fix access to my voicemail on my phone. My voicemail now works perfect again!!
I purchased a new cell and have been having a couple issues. I went to Rogers in Fort Erie, Ontario and was assisted by their representative, Noah. Noah was able to quickly resolve the problems, explain why and kindly ensure another waiting customer he'd be right with them. I truly appreciate excellent customer service and Noah delivered 😊
I sat on hold for an hour and 41 mins waiting for call support and finally gave up and went into the Fort erie store. Noah and Jacob were able to fix my voicemail issue within 20 mins and even reviewed my account and made suggestions to save money and improve my phone service. Very impressed!
I came to the store and was greeted by a younger fella who was a bit heavy set and i don't know his name. Every sentence out of his mouth ended in saying my friend. I am not his friend and it was so overkill it drove me crazy. I am a customer and not his friend. I also asked what the latest I phone out was and he told me the I phone 16. I later learned this this is not true. He was simply trying to sell me what he had in stock and not being honest with me.
