So after failing to resolve an issue with Rogers over the phone I reluctantly decided to go in person to their Fort Erie store. There I met Shane and Jericho who were knowledgeable ,patient and professional. I dealt mostly with Shane who quickly resolved the issue for me. He displayed a skill set which I rarely see in young people these days.

I called ahead of time to confirm device inventory prior to making a trip there. Was told "we have none of those in stock", I then asked when will they be getting more in inventory, was then told "I have no idea". No wonder people just order online now. These are things you should have an idea about, phones are quite literally the main thing you sell at this store.. It's unfortunate because I had a good experience two years ago, the experience I had this time around was evident good customer service is no longer a priority.

Great staff at this store. Very polite but more important very patient and knowledgeable in trying to fix access to my voicemail on my phone. My voicemail now works perfect again!!
