The service here was incredible. Delara helped me with a very complicated issue regarding the billing on phone and internet that had been set up previously by an online customer service. She took the time to explain everything to me and fix all issues I was having. Very caring and kind!
Kareem was very professional and he helped me save a lot of money! He was patient and took the time to explain to me the details of the plan. I was able to upgrade my home internet! Kareem’s service was definitely 5 stars. Once I get my modem and experience the new service I will upgrade ( or not) my rating!
