Unhelpful staff,and the staff is not competent. They have no knowledge of Rogers own plans and services and are unable to perform simple tasks.Better to go to another Rogers store.
Very disappointed with this telecom provider. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. My issue took a long time to resolve, and staff showed little professionalism or respect. Poor communication and support. I would not recommend this company to others.

It was nice and helpful for the guy was helping me . Thumb it up and appreciate for his good customer service
The waiting time is the worst; I was calling for 2 hours and still no customer service answered.
