I stopped by to upgrade my phone and plan, but the staff just didn't seem interested in talking about or showing me the options. I definitely wouldn't recommend this store for an upgrade. It felt like they either didn't know much or just weren't keen on helping customers. Either way, you're probably just going to leave feeling disappointed if you visit this ROGERS Kingsway mall location.
10/10 service from Bretton. Very satisfied and he explained things very well and got us set up with everything we needed.
Bretton at Rogers is the best. Bretton was knowledgeable, friendly and patient as we transferred a line from Bell. The process was smooth as silk. We need more customer service people like Bretton in the world. Give him a raise!
