Very fast service
Anthony was really helpful and kind, and made the process of getting a new phone painless, which we all know is rather uncommon with Rogers.
Went backto add service, Brett helped me this time, awesome gentleman. Got out in 5 mintues happily. Jason helped us here. He is pretty knowledgeable about the products they serve and the procedures to start/use/renew/stop the service. He is a very polite and customer service guy. Thank you, Jason
I stopped by to upgrade my phone and plan, but the staff just didn't seem interested in talking about or showing me the options. I definitely wouldn't recommend this store for an upgrade. It felt like they either didn't know much or just weren't keen on helping customers. Either way, you're probably just going to leave feeling disappointed if you visit this ROGERS Kingsway mall location.
