Worst customer service
Very bad customer service, I came to the store because it was listed by Rogers as a Roger’s credit card verification store, and as a fact I did there Roger’s bank card verification before. First they told me that they are short on staff and to come back on Monday after they told me to wait for 5 minutes, while he was scanning boxes, ( I waited for another 10 minutes)then he told me that lady will help me and I was waiting another 10 minutes. Had an issue setting up an eSIM, Roger’s customer service was unable to help sort it out, went to the Roger’s store in Bolton, Rishab was absolutely excellent, helped me troubleshoot the problem, and figured it out. 6/5 stars- thanks dude!
