One of the worst customer service I ever had. Please avoid this store as they don’t have any knowledge and skills to deal with phone plans and assist customers . I got a new phone oh September 1 and I specifically asked that all my features and adds on of my previous plan were transferred to the new one. In particular I had asked that my long distance plan for Europe was transferred and I was told it was and it also appeared on my contract . Honestly what a breath of fresh air. Came to Roger's Bolton to find a better plan for the whole family an hour before closing time. Dealt with Harshit at the store. He is absolutely AMAZING.. and very knowledgeable. His friendly personality, sense of humor and the fact that he was going out of his way to give us the best offers made our day. Even though it was time to close he was very patient with us. Must be one of the BEST at Rogers.
Worst customer service
Very bad customer service, I came to the store because it was listed by Rogers as a Roger’s credit card verification store, and as a fact I did there Roger’s bank card verification before. First they told me that they are short on staff and to come back on Monday after they told me to wait for 5 minutes, while he was scanning boxes, ( I waited for another 10 minutes)then he told me that lady will help me and I was waiting another 10 minutes.
