They are fraud. I purchased s26 ultra and seller (jashan) told me samsung tab is free with it . And the overall bill should be 66$ as he told to me. Now i am paying 90$. I am paying for tab now. I visited many time but every time he said next month you don't have to pay for tab. But m paying.
Yammie was absolutely incredible. She patiently explained my new plan & fees clearly. In addition to setting up my new iPhone 17 with a new screen protector and case. She transferred everything and set up everything so my new phone was ready to go and super easy to use right away.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I agreed to move over, they offered me a good deal on a plan. They failed to properly create my account and start the plan 7 times. Just pure, gross incompetence at every level of customer service, from online, to management, to in store personnel. Just a huge waste of my time. Partially created accounts, spelling errors, no idea why it was so difficult to do something so basic. Needless to say, my account was still not active as of today, so I left and went with another provider... read more
