got my new phone shipped to me from Rogers as it wasn't availble in store so i took my phone in and asked them how i go about switching my info over to the new one and was told it would cost me $40.00 since i didn't get the phone from the store. bad service

10 out of 10 do not recommend after trying to set up a Wi-Fi for a move they somehow managed to off the bill to double and when I went to cancel before installation even began there's no option online even if you speak to someone where it says you can cancel your appointment you cannot after being hung up on 12 times I finally got to be on hold for 2 hours before I got hung up on again. Personally will never use Rogers again for anything and we didn't even get started with them.

After getting nowhere on the phone and online with Rogers, I visited the store in Lower Sackville. Lakshya had me in and out in less than 5 minutes with a new phone plan that is perfect for me. This store rocks!
