Pongo (Tech 1620) was amazing. I was having a problem getting an internet connection at my new location. Even though I was registered with another provider (which uses Rogers) I received amazing service from this technician. As I suspected, the previous tenants had some type of 'special' setup and when they moved, their setup was completely disconnected from the outside! The tech showed up and replaced/re-attached what was required in 1/2 hour or less. That simple.
