Worst company to deal with ever. Hope US brings phone companies here so they go bankrupt. 3 hours on hold speak to 4 people and get hung up on! Horrible!
Rude lady seems like to be in charge, unhelpful .. doesn’t care about service … typical statement “we are not Rogers, we are just working for the company”
Hate the phone support from Rogers as I needed to move services to the new location and was spending 4 hours daily on hold. After two hours they just drop the call. Couldn’t get to the person. Went to this location and Anchita was so great, she helped to get through the robot to the real person and I was able to get it done. Appreciate the help. Terrible customer service experience at the Bridgeport location. On a Sunday, there was only one employee working. He was helping one customer and told me it would be a 10-minute wait. After waiting 30 minutes, he was still dealing with that exact same customer, so I gave up and drove to the Ira Needles store instead, where I was helped within 10 minutes. Severe lack of staff and poor time management. I definitely do not recommend coming to the Bridgeport location.
Anchita saved me from spending another hour, for the total of 10, on the phone to challenge charges on my bill. She saved my sanity. Thank you Anchita! I hope Rogers appreciates you.
