I had to get a new phone because my old Google phone quit on me, I spoke with the Google ambassador at this store and it was an amazing experience compared to my last one in West Edmonton mall (my local cell phone store) I told them how I was talked out of buying a otter box case for my last phone and that was the reason my phone screen died on me. recently switched my phone service from Koodo to Fido, and this has been an extremely disappointing experience. Over the phone, I was clearly offered a plan for $45/month with NO activation fee. Based on that agreement, I proceeded with the switch and arranged an express pickup for my SIM card at a physical store.
