Bald Freckles and Green Hair are the two worst customer service associates I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Absolutely useless. Wasted over an hour of my time, constantly tossed my phone against the counter repeatedly instead of setting it down gently, and Green Hair smeared her cheap makeup all over my phone screen and case. Disgusting.
Refuses to stop calling my dad. Just trying to sel us shit we dont need. Next call is to the BBB
Do not use rogers!!! Extremely bad service for phone and internet speed, useless provider and even can not open websites
