What the heck is going on with customer service these days. Brought the step son in to bring his phone in because his contract expired and rogers couldn't facilitate an exchange/ upgrade or new contract. Honestly what's the point and who the hell wants to deal with an idiot AI system.
Was shopping for a new provider, but Rogers website keeps defaulting to French. And literally because of that one reason Im not going to shop here lol
