16th august on a Sunday at 4pm A lady working that tells me that I cannot return my phone in store if I am not looking to upgrade my device. Online customer and devonshire mall rogers and rogers online video on “how to return phone” confirmed that they can be done in store. Shameless people lying to get things sold.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tecumseh Rogers location. When I walked in the store on August 11, 2026, none of the three associates greeted me—they were all sitting together and chatting. When I said, “I need help,” one of them replied, “What’s going on?” I repeated my request, and she asked the same question again. The interaction felt rude and dismissive. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.
