Smit and Team Were amazing they helped me out with everything for my new connections and phone. But I request to change the seatings in the store .. It is not at all customer satisfactory and if we are seating for like 40-55 mins for phone to be done, requesting to change the seatings.
I want to give a shout-out to Smit for his efforts. Smit was relentless in resolving an incorrect charge on our Feb 23 2026 bill. He went beyond the call of duty to chase the Rogers customer care and Technical Support staff to get our matter resolved. Also give Credit to Larry at Technical support for his perseverance and patience.
Worst service I have ever experienced. Workers couldn't be bothered with helping through an issue with a newly purchased phone. Wouldn't even contact or offer contact information for the company that made the phone. Last time I will ever use this company....all because of the service at the Tecumseh Mall location on May 6 2026. I do not recommend.
Smit at Rogers gave me fantastic service! He made the transfer of my data an easy process and explained thoroughly any questions l had about my new S 26 PLUS. He never rushed me. I believe Smit is an important asset to Rogers.
